Set in and around Southern San Antonio Texas, Aspirations is the gritty and harrowing story of Miguel Marquez. Petty thief by day and crystal meth addict by night, Miguel shoplifts, snatches purses, breaks into cars and houses; all for the sake of trading stolen goods to the local drug pushers in exchange for his weekly fix. Through a deadly chain of events, Miguel hits rock bottom and must face his addiction head on to seek sobriety. In his quest for personal redemption and self discovery, Miguel sets off on a journey of enlightenment.
